Tea shop belongs to catering category. The business licenses of tea shops include: frozen beverage manufacturing, tea beverage manufacturing, prepackaged foods sales and bulk food sales. There is little difference in the business scope between tea shops and food stalls, both of which are catering.

If an enterprise or store operates beyond its business license, it should be punished accordingly. But if fruit is used as fruit tea, there is no problem.
