Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau and Hunan Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau are responsible for the supervision and inspection of occupational health in workplaces, the issuance and management of occupational health and safety licenses, the declaration of occupational hazards, the investigation and punishment of occupational hazard accidents and related illegal acts.
