Hand-held ATP instrument is more suitable for on-site rapid detection than desktop ATP instrument
In order to meet the demand of on-site rapid detection, hand-held ATP fluorescence detector (also called hand-held ATP fluorescence detector) should be selected to realize real-time detection of flow state, because although large desktop ATP fluorescence detector may be superior to hand-held ATP instrument in sensitivity, it can only be used in laboratory state, which is not conducive to on-site detection in mobile places such as catering service and medical control.

The first Sino-US seminar on food safety and its whole process control and the training course on rapid automatic microbial detection technology also took ATP rapid detection technology as one of the training contents. At the 11th World Sterilization Conference and the 7th International Sterilization and Hospital Infection Control Forum held in Brazil, the participating experts made a research report on the application of ATP method in the evaluation of cleaning efficiency. The conclusion is that the effect of this method is basically the same as that of the standard culture method, so ATP method is included as one of the evaluation methods in the relevant standards of "medical cleaning evaluation" in many countries. Through application and evaluation, the "Guidelines for Disinfection and Sterilization of Medical Institutions 2118" formulated by CDC in the United States also takes ATP method as a new method to evaluate the effect of endoscopic cleaning or endoscopic treatment.
