Relevant requirements for handling health certificates stipulate that:

1, the health inspection agency is responsible for issuing health certificates. After the health examination results are delivered, a health certificate shall be issued within 5 working days without objection, and its validity period is one year.

2, health checklist, health certificate style by the provincial food and drug supervision and management departments unified regulations. The health certificate shall not be altered, forged, altered, traded, leased, lent or transferred.

3. The health qualification certificates of employees in catering service units shall be hung on the wall in the obvious position of the business premises, and the health qualification certificates of employees in other units shall be carried with them at work or kept by the unit where the employees work.
