1. Meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and provide the materials stipulated in Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(1) Provide a valid business license for loading uniform codes.

(2) A written statement that the bidding supplier has no major illegal records in its business activities in the three years before participating in government procurement activities (June 20 17 to June 2020+08).

(3) Provide the certification materials for paying social security funds in any month in 2020 according to law.

(4) Provide the certification materials for paying taxes according to law in any January of 2020.

(5) Provide 20 19 financial statements (with balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement); If the newly established company is less than one year (subject to the date of establishment of the business license), provide the financial statements in January 2020 (with balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement).
