1. Application: The applicant should submit a written application to the provincial green food working organization in his/her province at least three months before the product is harvested, slaughtered or fished, and complete the online application:?
2. Acceptance: The provincial green food working organization will examine and confirm the acceptance or otherwise within 10 working days from the date of receipt of application materials;?
3, on-site inspection: provincial green food agencies in the production of products and product raw materials during the organization of on-site inspection;?
4, environmental testing and product testing: product testing organizations from the product sampling date within 20 working days to complete product testing; environmental monitoring organizations from the environmental sampling date within 30 working days to complete environmental testing;?
5, preliminary examination: provincial green food work organization from the date of receipt of environmental and product testing reports within 20 working days to complete the preliminary examination;?
6, written review: China Green Food Development Center from the date of receipt of the provincial green food work organization to complete the written review within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the complete materials;?
7, expert review: China Green Food Development Center in the written review of qualified within 20 working days after the organization of expert review;?
8, certification decision: China Green Food Development Center in the expert review meeting within 5 working days after the decision on whether to issue certification.

"Green Food Labeling Regulations" stipulates:
Article 9 Products applying for the use of green food labeling shall comply with the "Chinese People's **** and the State Food Safety Law" and "Chinese People's **** and the State Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Law" and other laws and regulations, and be within the approved scope of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. Trademark Office within the approved scope, and have the following conditions:
(a) the product or product raw materials origin environment in line with the green food origin environmental quality standards;
(b) pesticides, fertilizers, feed, veterinary drugs and other inputs used in line with the green food inputs use guidelines;
(c) product quality in line with the green food product quality standards;
( (D) packaging, storage and transportation in line with green food packaging, storage and transportation standards.
Article XVII of the Green Food Label Certificate of Use is the applicant's legitimate use of the Green Food Label Certificate, which shall contain the name of the product permitted to use, the name of the trademark, the certified unit and its information code, the approved production, product number, the logo use of the validity of the certificate-issuing body.
