Compared with small enterprises, large companies generally have relatively perfect enterprise systems. So from the signing of the internship agreement, such as salary settlement, work arrangement, etc. , completely in accordance with the relevant enterprise system and laws and regulations, to a certain extent, is conducive to protecting the labor rights and interests of interns. In contrast, some small enterprises don't even sign internship agreements, which is very unfavorable for interns.
2. Normal work and rest time
Large companies generally have calendars and schedules. Therefore, working in a big company generally follows the normal working hours, and overtime is unlikely to happen. Relatively speaking, because small enterprises have just started, the workload is heavy, and manpower is often insufficient, overtime is a common thing.
3. Unique corporate culture
Generally speaking, every big company will have a good and unique corporate culture, which reflects its own characteristics from the decoration of the office to the entertainment activities of the employees during lunch break. Therefore, as an intern in a big company, you can personally feel the corporate culture inside the big company. Compared with small enterprises, it is unlikely that they will have their own corporate culture, and even if they do, it is very bad.
The purpose and significance of internship:
1. Through graduation practice, the theoretical level is improved to the practical level, so as to better realize the combination of theory and practice learned during college, further deepen the understanding of theoretical knowledge, understand and master the production process, technological principles and technical requirements in actual production, and lay a good foundation for future study and practical work.
2. Cultivate good study habits of observation and thinking, rigorous scientific attitude and practical ability, so that theory and practice can be well combined.
3. Through this internship, I can personally feel the transformation process from students to professionals, further understand the society, enhance the sense of responsibility and mission for socialist modernization, and make full preparations for leaving school, going to society, adapting to society and integrating into society.
