First, open the materials you downloaded, click with the left mouse button to select what you need, press ctrl+c or right mouse button to select Copy, then open the floor plan you want to draw, press ctrl+v or right mouse button to select Paste, move the mouse to put the pasted things in the appropriate position, and click with the left mouse button.
