Scan the QR code on the e-invoice extraction voucher through WeChat to enter the ticket stub invoice service platform; choose the login mode: "WeChat Login" or "Mobile Login", carry out authorization, complete the registration and login.

If you choose "cell phone login", you need to correctly enter your cell phone number and verification code.

Step 2: Verify Information

Enter the "Verify Transaction Information" page and carefully verify the transaction information; click "Confirm" after verifying the transaction information.

If you find that the license plate number is incorrect, you can click on "Modify License Plate Number" for self-service modification.

Step 3: Associate the invoice letterhead

Click "Select Letterhead" to enter the page of adding the invoice letterhead; select the letterhead type: "Unit" or "Individual"; fill in the letterhead information, and then click "Confirm".

If you choose "Unit" as the invoice letterhead type, you must correctly fill in the name of the unit and the unit tax code.

Step 4: Invoicing

Fill in the receiving email address and click "Submit Invoicing"; check the invoicing information and click "Confirm Submission".

You can click "View Invoicing History" to view the progress of invoicing. Once "Invoicing Complete" is displayed, you can view and download the invoice in your mailbox.

Article 78 of the high-speed highway should be marked lanes of travel speed, the maximum speed shall not exceed 120 kilometers per hour, and the minimum speed shall not be less than 60 kilometers per hour.

The maximum speed of a small passenger vehicle traveling on a highway shall not exceed 120 kilometers per hour, other motor vehicles shall not exceed 100 kilometers per hour, and motorcycles shall not exceed 80 kilometers per hour.

Where there are two lanes in the same direction, the minimum speed in the left lane is 100 kilometers per hour; where there are three or more lanes in the same direction, the minimum speed in the leftmost lane is 110 kilometers per hour, and the minimum speed in the middle lane is 90 kilometers per hour. If the speed indicated by the road speed limit sign is inconsistent with the above regulations on the speed of traveling in the lanes, the vehicle shall be driven in accordance with the speed indicated by the road speed limit sign.

Article 82 A motor vehicle traveling on a highway shall not do any of the following:

(1) reversing, going against the traffic, making a U-turn across the center divider or stopping in the lane;

(2) overtaking on the on-ramp, acceleration or deceleration lanes;

(3) riding, rolling the lane divider or driving on the shoulder of the road;

( (d) Driving or stopping in the emergency lane when it is not an emergency;

(e) Test driving or learning to drive a motor vehicle.
