Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households
Article 13
To apply for registration of an individual industrial and commercial household, the applicant or his/her entrusted agent may register directly with the registration authority at the place where the business premises are situated; and if the registration authority entrusts an industrial and commercial office subordinate to the registration authority to handle the registration of an individual industrial and commercial household, the applicant shall register with the industrial and commercial office at the place where the business premises are situated.
The applicant or his authorized agent may submit the application to the registration authority where the place of business is located by mail, facsimile, electronic data interchange, e-mail and other means. By fax, electronic data interchange, e-mail and other ways to submit applications, should provide the applicant or his agent's contact information and mailing address. The registration authority to accept the application, the applicant shall, within five days from the date of receipt of the notice of acceptance, submit the original application materials consistent with the fax, electronic data interchange, e-mail content. The following documents shall be submitted when applying for registration of an individual industrial and commercial household:
(1) the application for registration of an individual industrial and commercial household signed by the applicant;
(2) proof of identity of the applicant;
(3) proof of the place of business;
(4) other documents prescribed by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for submission.
