Lianhe Village is located in the northeast of Shangyu City, close to Hangzhou Bay, which is the central village of Gaibei Town and the seat of the town government of Gaibei Town. In 2116, the administrative village was merged, which was formed by the merger of the original Lianwei Village and Sihe Village. Lianhe Village is adjacent to Zhuhai Village in the east, Xinhe Village in the south, Xinghai Village in the west, Hangzhou Bay Industrial Park in Shangyu City in the north, and the border highway runs through the village center. The village covers an area of 2.19 square kilometers, has 15 villagers' groups under its jurisdiction, and has a permanent population of more than 7,811 people throughout the year, including 812 registered households with a population of 2,548 and more than 5,311 new foreign residents. The village has an area of 1,211 mu of cultivated land (including 971 mu of Gongneiqiu and 229 mu of beach). Shangyu Industrial Park, which connects Hangzhou Bay, is a gathering place for new foreign residents, and the foreign population is more than 2.5 times of the registered population. The tertiary industry in the village has developed rapidly, with 15 hotels, 56 restaurants, 7 beauty salons, 7 repair shops, 5 shops and 4 hardware fittings, which greatly eased the placement of surplus labor.
There are some tourist attractions near Lianhe Village, such as Chenxi Town Scenic Spot, Shangyu Erdu Yangmei Ecological Park, Shangyu Fuye Mountain Scenic Spot, Shangyu Changtang Peach Blossom Garden, Shangyu Gaibei Yeteng Vineyard Scenic Spot, and there are some special products such as Gaibei Grape, Gaibei Spiced Mustard, Erdu Yangmei, Shangyu Cucumber, Yue Porcelain and so on.
