General situation of Jingdezhen public resources trading center;
Jingdezhen Public Resource Trading Center was approved to be established in June 2009 (1 1). It is a fully funded institution with 13 staff. The center integrates the functions of public trading institutions such as the former municipal construction engineering trading center, the municipal land trading center, the municipal government procurement center, and the municipal property rights trading center, and provides a unified and standardized platform for all kinds of trading activities, supervising and serving the whole process of trading activities. According to the general idea of "government guiding the market, open market transactions, standardized transactions and unified supervision of operations", the center has established an open, fair, just, honest, efficient and clean market-oriented operation mechanism to realize intensive supervision system, efficient resource allocation and transparent operation mechanism.
Jingdezhen bidding network is located on the first and second floors of Jingdezhen administrative service center building, with a transaction area of 1500 square meters. It is divided into six departments (comprehensive department, information management department, construction project transaction department, land transaction department, government procurement department and property right transaction department). Eight rooms (bid evaluation room, bid opening room, expert extraction room, monitoring room, registration room, inquiry room, data archive room, competitive negotiation room); Four areas (registration acceptance area, bid opening and evaluation area, business consultation area and bidding inquiry area); Equipped with comprehensive information release system, electronic monitoring system, synchronous sound transmission system and multimedia display system, it can release instant information and monitor the whole process, and comprehensively monitor and manage bidding activities.
