Bailaoquan Sanjiu, a sorghum puree series (fragrant type), is made of sorghum as raw material, fermented with quick koji (bran koji) for about 10 days and distilled.
Characteristics: Fragrant, clean and soft, it is a typical representative of bran koji sorghum wine. Bailaoquan sorghum series (Luzhou-flavor) Sanjiu is made from sorghum by full fermentation and distillation of Daqu, and the fermentation period is about 10 day, which belongs to ordinary Daqu liquor.

Jiaoxiang series (Luzhou-flavor) Bailaoquan Sanjiu is made of special distiller's yeast and sorghum through special fermentation and distillation, and the fermentation period is about 30 days.
