The infrastructure construction in the park has reached "seven links and one leveling". The park has 108 kilometers of various types of planned roads, and about 53 kilometers of roads have been completed, all of which are urbanized road surfaces with a width of 22-40 meters, realizing the ring of roads in the industrial area and living area. The park has one 220,000-volt and 110,000-volt power station, nine 35,000-volt substations, and 25 kilometers of power conduits, which have the ability to provide double circuit power supply. The park has one water plant with daily water supply capacity of 240,000 tons and 120,000 tons each, and one pressurized water plant of 50,000 tons, with a ring-network water supply, water pressure of 0.3 MPa or above at each point, and a total length of 50 kilometers of upstream water pipe laying. District rainwater and sewage diversion, all concrete pavement are buried under the special rainwater drainage pipes, rainwater pipe laying a total length of 53 kilometers, pipe diameter standards with reference to the Nanhui 50-year maximum rainfall design.

Telephones in the district are programmed to provide IDD, DDD and other telecommunication services, and there is a programmed exchange bureau with an installed capacity of 50,000 doors. The district can provide broadband network and cable TV access services, communication conduit laying a total length of 53 kilometers. The district is equipped with a deep-sea discharge pipeline that discharges 150,000 tons per day, and a secondary sewage treatment plant that can accommodate industrial enterprises with industrial effluent. There is a natural gas supply pipeline laid in the zone with a daily supply of 100,000 cubic meters.

The park has various types of industrial standard factory buildings with a total area of 800,000 square meters. There are also high-grade commercial office buildings in the park, providing convenience for enterprises' production, R&D, office and business. The park is surrounded by complete financial, customs, commodity inspection, insurance, legal and other service organizations. The park has perfect leisure, entertainment, shopping, catering and other living facilities, and a 1 million square meters of high-grade residential area, providing excellent living conditions for expatriates and white-collar enterprises.
