If it is not reported in advance, it shall be re-recorded and reported within 3 hours after the arrival of the spring.

second, the landing inspection is required

personnel entering (returning to) the spring should strictly implement the "landing inspection" when they arrive at the spring. Those who refuse to cooperate with the inspection and cause the spread of the epidemic will be severely punished once verified.

3. Check in time after entering the spring

After the "landing check", the personnel entering (returning to) the spring will start to carry out "3-day 3-check" the next day and conduct a nucleic acid test on the fifth day. Personnel entering (returning to) springs outside the province and those entering (returning to) springs in counties (cities, districts) where high-risk areas are located in the province are not allowed to enter catering services, shopping centers, department stores, supermarkets, agricultural markets, beauty salons, baths, foot baths, spas and amusement halls before the last nucleic acid test results come out. Before the negative result of "landing inspection" comes out, the personnel entering (returning) springs in counties (cities, districts) without high risk in the province advocate staying at home or in shops strictly, not entering public places, not participating in mass activities and not taking public transportation.

Fourth, you must hold a nucleic acid certificate to enter public places.

You must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours when staying in various hotels, hotels, homestays and other accommodation places and entering tourist attractions; When entering indoor places such as bathing, foot bath, SPA, amusement hall, dance hall, KTV, Internet cafe, bar, script killing, escape from the secret room, gym, swimming pool, etc., you must check the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours or the nucleic acid sampling record within 24 hours. Citizens visiting various public places, enterprises and institutions must actively cooperate with prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, code inspection (Fujian health code, travel card), wearing masks, and checking negative proof of nucleic acid detection.

5. High-risk people must be isolated at home

For those who have lived in high-risk areas in China within 7 days, the "7-day home isolation" will be implemented. During the isolation period, the "Fujian Health Code" will be given a red code and they will not be allowed to go out. The nucleic acid test will be carried out 1 times on the 1 th, 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th days respectively, and * * * will be included in the management together with the residents. VI. Classified management of personnel entering (returning to) the spring

All personnel entering (returning to) the spring are subject to classified management according to the epidemic risk level of the place of departure and passing through after the "landing inspection" is implemented (the regional classification and health management measures are dynamically adjusted according to the epidemic situation inside and outside the province, see Appendix 1 for details).
