1. Preparation before shift
1. Dress according to regulations, wear work cards, tidy up gfd, arrive at work ten minutes in advance and prepare for succession;
2. Attend the pre-shift meeting seriously, so as to be aware of the day's work;
3. Prepare a work cart with cotton goods and consumables to be replaced every day. When working, the work cart will be blocked at the door of the room to be cleaned. The articles on the cart should be neatly packed, easy to take, not dirty and messy, and the car curtains and rag bags should be kept clean and undamaged.
2. Work after taking up the post
1. Clean up the area in charge in time according to the living conditions of the guests every day;
2, health work should be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures, health tools should pay attention to maintenance, shall not be mixed;
3. Seriously implement the disinfection system for tea sets and sanitary wares. After disinfection, the tea and sanitary wares should be covered and sealed to prevent pollution again.
4. It is forbidden to fiddle with the guest's belongings when cleaning the room. When it must be moved, it should be restored to its original state. After cleaning, it should pay attention to locking the doors and windows to ensure the financial safety of the guests.
5. The general order of room cleaning is as follows: rooms that guests verbally propose to clean, rooms with "Please Clean" signs hanging on the doors, rooms for key guests, rooms for ordinary guests, rooms for leaving rooms and vacant rooms;
6. Clean the room according to the operating procedures. The specific method is:
(1) Knock on the door: push the work car to the door of the room to be cleaned, stand upright, tap the door three times with your middle finger, and sign up as a "waiter". The knocking intensity should be moderate, not too light or too heavy, which makes people feel impolite. If there is no answer in the room for three or four seconds, tap three times again, and open the door with the key. After opening, push the door open by a third, and then knock three times (if you find that the guest is sleeping, you don't have to knock on the door to inform you, and you can't enter the room, but close the door gently. If you find that you have been disturbed, apologize, exit the room and close the door; If the guest is in the room, ask politely immediately if he can work and provide the required service.
(2) Pull: When cleaning the room, you must first open the curtain and open the window. When pulling the curtain, check whether it is unhooked or damaged. If the room smells, spray air freshener.
(3) Pour: Empty the ashtray and trash can. When emptying the ashtray, you should pay attention to whether the cigarette butts in the ashtray are extinguished, so as to eliminate hidden dangers. Be careful not to pour the cigarette butts into the toilet, and pay attention to the guest's writing in the guest room newspaper or other paper.
(4) Withdraw: Remove the used dirty cups, replace or brush them in time, and notify the food and beverage department if there are tableware in the guest room. Remove the sheets, quilts and pillowcases, put them in linen bags, and put them back in the room. If there is any damage to the linen, send it back to the warehouse in time.
When removing the bed, the following three points should be noted:
< 1 > If the bedclothes such as sheets are found to be dirty and can't be washed off by the guests, please remind the guests politely and claim compensation according to the regulations;
< 2 > When spreading the bed, pay attention to whether the guest's clothes are wrapped, and when spreading the pillow, pay attention to whether there are any small items left by the guest, such as watches, earrings, rings, etc.
< 3 > items such as scattered sheets are not allowed to remain on the ground.
(5) bed-making: one customer, one disinfection and one replacement, and then according to the bed-making procedure. The specific procedures are as follows:
< 1 > First, pull out the bed, about 41 cm away from the headboard, so as to facilitate the operation, and check whether the bed is damaged;
< 2 > Check whether there are hairs and stains on the non-slip mat, replace them in time and tidy them up, level the four corners of the non-slip mat, and put the rubber band under the mattress;
< 3 > Sheet laying links include sheet throwing and positioning;
< 4 > When making the bed, pay attention to the smoothness of the sheets, and put the quilts and pillows in line.
(6) dust wiping; To wipe the dust, you should prepare two rags, one for drying and one for wetting, the other for cleaning the appliances and the other for cleaning the furniture, and two damaged pillow bags for cleaning the mirror. Dust cleaning should be carried out clockwise or counterclockwise in the room, and the order is from top to bottom, from inside to outside, and then cleaned in turn, so as not to miss items, and the action is nimble. When cleaning a piece of furniture and equipment, check one item. The sequence is as follows:
< 1 > Wipe the door and door frame first. When cleaning the door, you should clean the door number, door frame, facade and door lock, and check whether the door lock is abnormal, and wipe it inside and outside to prevent dust from accumulating for a long time, so as to keep the whole door clean;
< 2 > skirting board: wherever the dust is rubbed, it is necessary to brush the skirting board conveniently;
< 3 > wardrobe: a horizontal bar is set at the upper end of the wardrobe, and two clothes hangers are placed;
< 4 > There are two sets of quilts on the lower floor of the cabinet. If the guest has a lot of clothes, you can clean the surface, but you must be careful not to mess up the guest's clothes. If there are guests hanging wet clothes, take them back to the bathroom in time. If you go to the guest room, clean the hanger rod, wardrobe and upper and lower layers of hangers, and check whether the hangers are complete and damaged.
< 5 > The power control gate should also be wiped clean with a dry cloth, and check whether the patch panel is loose or abnormal;
< 6 > The luggage rack and the front end of the desk TV cabinet are aligned with the same spacing. If there is luggage on the guest room, in principle, do not move the guest's luggage, but wipe off the surface floating soil. If you go to the guest room, you should pull out the luggage rack a little bit and wipe all around it.
< 7 > writing desk: the writing desk in the guest room has the guest's documents, drawings and the like on it. Don't move it when wiping, just wipe the dust around it. If there are guest items, gently pick them up and put them back in place after wiping the dust. Be careful that the waiter is never allowed to browse the guest's items at will. If you are going to the guest room, wipe the writing desk thoroughly from the inside out, including the drawer, no matter what.
< 8 > Square stool: The square stool is placed inside the writing desk, symmetrically with the center line of the drawer. Wipe the square stool around, and pay attention to whether the square stool is loose.
< 9 > TV: Wipe the TV with a dry rag. If a guest wants to say "I'm sorry" to the guest, turn off the power and then wipe it. If a guest says "no", it's all about the guest. If you go to the guest room, you should wipe the front and back of the TV, especially the dusty place and the TV rotating plate, and put the remote control in a conspicuous place next to the TV.
< 11 > Window sill: When cleaning the window sill, clean the window sill inside and outside, including the window slot, guardrail and screen window. After cleaning, close the window to ensure that there is no cloth.
< 11 > Window headlamp: Turn off the lamp first, and clean the bulb, lampshade, lamp post and lamp holder with a dry rag in turn. Be careful not to twist the bulb.
< 12 > Headboard: Pay attention when wiping, and don't let the wet rag touch the wall. If you don't pay attention, the wall will be blackened after a long time, which will affect the beauty of the whole room.
< 13 > bedside table: When cleaning, pull out the bedside table for a certain distance, in order to check whether there is anything dropped at the back, which is convenient for dust cleaning, and carefully clean the upper and lower floors.
< 14 > mural painting: the mural painting in the room is higher than the ground, so you should step on something to wipe it, but you must put a newspaper under your feet, and don't push on the furniture. Just clean the glass surface and the frame.
< 15 > trash can: the trash can should be aligned with the side of the writing desk. Finally, the trash can should be cleaned inside and outside and put away according to the regulations.
