There must be at least one person and three waiters to help the roaster, because the business hours will be until after midnight, so three people can take shifts.
fourth, the boss should have a hard-working and meticulous spirit: barbecue is profitable, but it will lose a lot if it is not well managed. The materials are purchased by himself, and the inventory in the freezer should be checked every day, and it is best for the husband and wife to work together.
