Ta 'er Temple 1

Ta 'er Monastery, together with ganden, Zhebang, Sera Monastery, Tashilhunpo Monastery in Tibet and Labrang Monastery in Gannan, is known as the six monasteries of Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism in China, and is the birthplace of Zongcheba, the founder of Gelug Sect. With its large scale and convenient transportation, the temple has become the most concentrated place for people to visit Tibetan Buddhist temples and the most important tourist attraction in Qinghai Province.

2. Laoyeshan
