1 Go to the health station for a physical examination with the Notice of Pre-registration, and apply for a Health Certificate (a small card similar to an ID card, with photos to be posted. Note that the "work unit" should be consistent with the name of your store)
2 Go to the Food and Drug Administration with the Notice of Pre-registration (leave them a copy and bring the original back to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau) and apply for a Catering Service Permit < Bring the original back to the industrial and commercial bureau), and apply for a fire protection certificate (if it is not necessary for 21 square meters, it will be handled if it is larger than 1,111 square meters)
4 Take the Notice of Pre-registration to the health department (leave them a copy, and bring the original back to the industrial and commercial bureau), and apply for a certificate of public premises (if the area is less than 1,111, just open a certificate letter)
5 Take the Notice of Pre-registration.
