Summary of the interview self-introduction of KFC team leader
Part I: Interview with KFC
When I interviewed Yum!, I kept searching the Internet for news about the interview with Yum! Now I have successfully passed four rounds of interviews, and I would like to share with you, hoping to help you.
First of all, the requirements of Yum! Reserve Manager:
-Have a college degree or above
-Be enthusiastic and cheerful, be good at communicating with people
-Adapt to shift work and an efficient working environment
-Be willing to engage in chain restaurant retail
Pizza Hut:
First round interview, HR interview. The interview questions are very simple, that is, personal basic information, including: self-introduction, family members' understanding, parents' consent, etc.
The second round is an interview with a regional manager. The main questions are: understanding personal basic information, why you came to Guangdong, and career planning.
KFC reserve manager.
The first round of interview
The main interview questions are: self-introduction, reasons for leaving last time, willingness to obey the assignment, what you learned from working as a restaurant waiter before, why you joined Yum!, and how to deal with unexpected situations.
So try to answer the questions that HR wants, but don't overdo it, or he will think you are untrue.
The second interview questions are mainly: self-introduction, how to treat the service industry, how to have a conflict with customers, and the biggest gain from previous work.
The third interview was the terrible oje. Because I had a health certificate, I went to a restaurant near me that day to report. Bring your health certificate, ID card and health certificate invoice. The restaurant manager was not here on the day of reporting, so I was received by a senior assistant manager. A young man.
I introduced the contents of the trial work in these two days:
I was given a set of work clothes, including: hat, belt, short-sleeved T-shirt, trousers and headdress. Inform me of the requirements for shoes at 7: 11-16: 11 on the first day of the morning shift, and ask for dark leather shoes and dark socks. I can't help it, so I went online to buy shoes again. Inform me that the first day of the morning shift is 7: 11-16: 11
The first day's work includes: knowing the restaurant equipment, studying at yes station, cleaning the hall, French fries, opening early and cleaning the week.
The next day was the night shift, 13: 11-22: 11, which was enough time. Because my performance was evaluated by the restaurant manager, I didn't see the restaurant manager on the first day. In order to leave a good impression on her, I wrote a summary of my work on the first day. I passed the restaurant early, but I still didn't meet the restaurant manager.
Today's work content: learning the front desk, catering and ordering.
Mainly ask me how I feel about my work, what I have learned, what are the shortcomings of the restaurant, suggestions and plans to join Yum. The fourth round: Guangzhou headquarters interview, requiring formal attire. Tuesday, yesterday, I arrived early. Pay attention, I would rather arrive early than be late! ! ! I was informed of the interview at ten o'clock, and then I filled out a form, and the interview didn't start until almost ten forty. Regional manager, a man with great spirit. Also very polite, said at the beginning that the interview time is fifteen minutes. Questions include: Why did you come to Guangdong from Anhui, whether your parents supported you, why did you choose to stay at Yum!, what was the most successful thing you did, how did you carry it out, and whether you were willing to be transferred to a remote place. I don't remember many questions. I interviewed for an hour or so. Oh, my God! Didn't you say fifteen minutes? I have stressed three times whether I am willing to obey the distribution, and I can't ask for anything from others. My answer is to obey the arrangement. The regional manager is a very powerful person. He said that your eyes have answered me, and you don't want to! ! ! Well, I really don't want to At the end of the interview, he asked the question again. Generally speaking, four rounds of interviews should be regarded as a wide range of interview questions and I learned a lot. Give you some suggestions:
1. Keep smiling. I love to laugh. I also smile when I interview, and sometimes I laugh. This should give me a lot of points. It also eased the tense atmosphere during the interview. Yum! still pays great attention to smiling.
2. At every interview, the interviewer will ask you if you have any questions. Be sure to come up with a question. It is better to ask casually than not to say hello.
3. Punctuality, that's for sure.
Part II: Sharing the interview experience of KFC reserve manager
In the first round of interview, the interviewer asked you to introduce yourself, and then asked some questions according to your resume, such as your knowledge of Yum!, your expected salary, family situation, and your desired work place, and finally asked if you had any questions to ask her. This must be asked.
after two days, Yum informed me that I had passed the interview and let me do it. The practice is mainly divided into infield and outfield. The outfield is mainly about ordering food, pouring water, clearing plates, passing food and so on. The infield is familiar with all kinds of materials and storage locations. I was mainly responsible for the production of the water bar that day. In fact, as long as you are active and diligent, you can do it.
after the practice, there will be a return visit, mainly to ask you about the practice, what problems exist in your work place and what you think can be improved.
After 3 days or so, I was informed by text message that I had done practical exercises and would attend an interview with the district manager next week.
the interview of the district manager is similar to the questions asked in the first round interview.
after three days, the personnel department informed me that I had passed the interview and would go through the entry formalities next week.
The whole interview lasted one month, but I finally decided to give up this position for some personal reasons.
article 3: KFC interview
on the afternoon of may 8th, I attended the first interview of KFC's reserve manager, which was actually an audition. 111 people came to the second floor of Mong Kok Restaurant in KFC. Everyone introduced themselves first, then discussed in groups, and finally answered three questions from the human resources officer face to face. Then, I went home and waited for the notice. I'm glad that I got a phone call for the second interview. Haha, this time I finally didn't fall to the starting point. In fact, I feel that the first round of interview is a screening process, just like filtering sand with a funnel, as long as you can show that you have some qualities that KFC needs, such as team spirit, service consciousness, customer madness, sense of responsibility and so on.
On the morning of May 21th, the second interview of KFC, this time for AM, I saw about 21 people. This round is a complete one-on-one interview between AM and the applicant. AM will first ask you to introduce yourself, and then ask you to answer some questions according to your experience on your resume. The second interview is mainly to examine your reaction ability, communication ability and your desire for the job. You should let AM know that you really want the job and are ready for it. In addition, when introducing yourself and communicating with AM, you should still highlight your team spirit, sense of service, sense of responsibility, etc. In addition, it can also imply that you are very capable of learning, very good at adjusting yourself, and very resistant to pressure. In short, you should make good use of your strengths and avoid weaknesses. However, sincerity is necessary. No matter how you foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, you must speak frankly and calmly, at least let AM know that your character is fine! In the afternoon, I received a notice from OJE. Yeah ~
At 8: 11 am on May 27th, I came to the Yanfu store in KFC to report for duty. Only three people came to OJE with me. The manager brought us three sets of clothes and asked us to change them quickly, and then the team leader led us to carry out the actual operation. On the 27th, we did the practice of marinating chicken in the morning, and in the afternoon we mainly did the practice of wrapping chicken powder and cleaning. The team leader always asks us to watch the teaching video first, and then show us the actual operation. Attention, children's shoes. If anyone starts OJE again in the future, they must remember every process of operation (at least close to each other), especially some data such as materials and oil temperature. If necessary, take notes and think about it slowly when you go back at night. If you really can't remember it, you'd better ask the operator the next day. The biggest mistake I made these two days was that my head was in chaos and I didn't remember anything! ! ! On the 28th, from 3pm to 2pm, it was the evening shift of OJE. We mainly studied toast and French fries, and there was a lobby for more than three hours. In the lobby, I really felt the pleasure and satisfaction of the service industry. I like face-to-face communication with customers very much, and I feel satisfied when I see that customers are satisfied with my service, but this satisfaction may not keep me. I really like the service industry and it may not impress the restaurant manager and AM. I wish I could stay, hehe, it's a pity that OJE showed the problem of poor learning ability, which is also the bad result of my lazy life in college for several years, and I can't blame others!
