Legal basis: Article 2 of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Industrial and Commercial Enterprises in People's Republic of China (PRC), the following production and business units (hereinafter referred to as industrial and commercial enterprises) in industry, transportation, construction, commerce, foreign trade, catering, service, tourism, handicrafts and repair industries shall register in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations:
