One: Some precautions before disassembling the machine.

1.) Before disassembling the notebook, you should first discharge the static electricity on your body. Professionals can wear wristbands, and it doesn't matter if the average user doesn't have them. You can also wash your hands and get rid of any static electricity you may have.

2.) Before disassembling the notebook, be sure to take out the battery of the notebook and unplug the external power supply to avoid accidentally short-circuiting and burning the notebook.

It should be noted that the clean notebook introduced here needs to be disassembled. If the notebook is still under warranty, friends are not advised to clean the dust. Generally, notebooks are used for a short time and do not need to be cleaned up. Therefore, it is only recommended for old notebook users who have passed the warranty period.

Two: the core steps of notebook dust cleaning

2.) Disassemble the case of the notebook CPU radiator module. Generally, after the notebook with a long use time removes the radiator cover, it can be clearly seen that thick dust accumulates in the fan during the internal heat dissipation. These dust will greatly affect the heat dissipation efficiency of the notebook. First, remove the heat pipe, heat sink and fan with a screwdriver. Clean the notebook. Generally, notebooks with less dust can only remove the notebook cooling fan.

3.) When all the screws of the radiator fan are removed, first, we carefully pull out the power 4PIN connector of the radiator fan.

4.) After the copper tube and heat sink are cleaned, it is difficult to clean the next cooling fan. First, remove the housing of the cooling fan. If it is not easy to disassemble the notebook, you can eat the dust inside with a hair dryer. Generally speaking, the cooling fan can be cleaned with a brush. If you have engine oil on hand, you can also remove the fan blades and add some engine oil for lubrication. The effect is better.

After the CPU cooling fan is cleaned, the dust cleaning of the main cooling module will soon end, and the rest is to replace the cooling silicone grease. The old one has obviously become dry and hard, so clean it decisively and replace it with a new one. If it is not replaced, the dust removal effect will not be great.
