A "common fault" of graduates' entrepreneurship is blindness, and they don't have much experience and investigation on the whole market. If they read other people's success stories, they will follow suit. College students' market concept is relatively weak. Many college students are willing to talk with investors about how their technologies are leading and unique, but rarely talk about how much market space these technologies or products will have. Even when it comes to the topic of market, most of them just intend to spend money on advertising, but they have no idea about important aspects such as target market positioning and marketing means combination.
2. Lack of venture capital
The capital here not only refers to capital, but also includes team, technology, management, ability and so on. Fresh graduates are obviously short of reserves in this field, and they will certainly encounter various difficulties in the process of starting a business. Without funds, even the best ideas can hardly be transformed into realistic productivity. Apart from funds, college students are generally deficient in financial management, marketing, communication and management, and are not familiar with the "rules of the game". If entrepreneurs want to succeed in starting a business, they should not only have strong execution ability (perseverance and persistence), but also have basic business ability.
3. Lack of experience
College students don't have much work experience and social experience. Although they have mastered the basic theoretical knowledge, they have no professional knowledge. This requires gradual learning, mastery and familiarity in work, continuous practice in work, and gradual transformation into one's own ability. This requires a long precipitation process, which cannot be achieved overnight. Entrepreneurs should analyze problems from the perspective of industry, enterprises and bosses. If you don't have this vision and start a business rashly, even if you succeed temporarily, as long as you make a strategic mistake, the building of the enterprise will inevitably collapse.
