The fire broke out in Hengzhou Building, Zhuhui District, Hengyang City. During the fire, officers and men woke up the sleeping residents door by door, spared no effort to evacuate and rescue the trapped people, and evacuated all the 412 residents in 94 households in the building and the people in the surrounding buildings from the fire. There were no casualties among the residents.
