To study the reform of statistical system and the development plan of statistical work in the whole province, and draft important statistical work documents; Organize the publicity and implementation of statistical laws, regulations and rules; Inspect and handle major statistical illegal cases in the province according to law; Handling statistical administrative reconsideration, responding to lawsuits and other legal affairs; Organize and coordinate the construction of statistical basic business.

(3) Statistical Design Management Office. Implement the national economic accounting system, statistical investigation system, statistical standards, reform plans and programs; Organize the formulation of the province's economic and social statistical investigation system and statistical standards; According to the examination and approval, filing the statistical investigation projects of provincial cities and provincial government departments; To undertake the qualification identification of foreign-related investigation institutions and the examination and approval of foreign-related social investigation projects, and supervise and manage foreign-related investigation activities.

(4) Ministry of National Economic Statistics. Monitoring and early warning of the operation of the national economy in the province, analyzing and studying major economic and social issues, and putting forward suggestions for macro-control; Collate and provide comprehensive economic and social statistical data of the whole province, and manage comprehensive statistical databases; Responsible for statistical data release and statistical news propaganda.

(5) Office of National Economic Accounting (Service Statistics Office). Organize the implementation of the national economic accounting system, accounting for the province's GDP; Organize the input-output survey, and compile the input-output table, capital flow table (physical transaction part), balance sheet and national economic account of the whole province; Carry out comprehensive economic, resource and environmental accounting in the province; Collate and provide national economic accounting data for analysis and research; Supervise and manage the national economic accounting of the whole province; Comprehensively sort out and provide statistical data of service industry in the whole province.

(6) Agricultural Statistics Division. Organize the implementation of agricultural census, statistics of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, and statistics of basic rural conditions, and collect, sort out and provide relevant survey and statistical data; Check and evaluate the quality of relevant statistical data; Organize and guide the basic work of agriculture and rural statistics; Conduct statistical analysis.

(7) Industrial Statistics Department. Organize and implement industrial statistical surveys, and collect, sort out and provide statistical data related to the surveys; Check and evaluate the quality of relevant statistical data; Organize and guide the basic work of relevant professional statistics; Conduct statistical analysis.

(8) Energy Statistics Division. Organize the implementation of energy statistical surveys, and collect, sort out and provide statistical data related to the surveys; Comprehensively sort out and provide resource statistics; Organize and implement statistical monitoring of energy utilization, conservation and resource recycling of major energy-consuming industries and key energy-consuming enterprises in the whole province and municipalities under the jurisdiction of the province; Cooperate with provincial energy-saving departments to carry out energy-saving target assessment; Check and evaluate the quality of relevant statistical data; Organize and guide the basic work of relevant professional statistics; Conduct statistical analysis.

(9) Statistics Department of Fixed Assets Investment. Organize and implement statistical surveys on investment in fixed assets, construction industry and real estate industry, and collect, sort out and provide relevant statistical data; Comprehensively sort out and provide statistical data such as geological exploration, housing, public utilities, and fixed assets investment project management; Check and evaluate the quality of relevant statistical data; Organize and guide the basic work of relevant professional statistics; Conduct statistical analysis.

(10) Office of Foreign Trade and Economic Statistics. Organize and implement statistical surveys on wholesale and retail, accommodation, catering and commodity market operations, and collect, sort out and provide survey statistical data; Comprehensively sort out and provide foreign trade statistics; Check and evaluate the quality of relevant statistical data; Organize and guide the basic work of relevant professional statistics; Conduct statistical analysis.

(xi) Ministry of Population and Employment Statistics. Organize and implement census, population sampling survey, population and urbanization survey, labor force survey, wage statistics and other statistical surveys, and collect, sort out and provide employment-related statistical data; Check and evaluate the quality of relevant statistical data; Organize and guide the basic work of relevant professional statistics; Conduct statistical analysis.

(12) Department of Social Science and Technology Statistics (Department of Cultural Industry Statistics). To organize and implement statistical surveys on the basic situation of science and technology, social development, cultural industry and environment, and collect, sort out and provide relevant statistical data; Organize and implement statistical monitoring of the implementation of the two development programs for women and children; Comprehensively collate and provide statistical data on education, health and social security; Check and evaluate the quality of relevant statistical data; Organize and guide the basic work of relevant professional statistics; Conduct statistical analysis.

(thirteen) statistical monitoring and evaluation department. Organize research on important statistical monitoring, evaluation and assessment index system; Organize the formulation of relevant monitoring and evaluation schemes; Organize and implement the evaluation and assessment of regional economic and social development or important special issues such as cities and counties (cities, districts) under provincial jurisdiction; Organize and guide the basic work of statistical monitoring, evaluation and examination of related majors.

(14) Department of Personnel Education (Party Committee).
