The Yunnan Provincial Department of Commerce will issue the third issue of Caiyun consumption vouchers from Oct. 1 to Oct. 10, 2022, across the province.

Collection time

The third issue of "Caiyun Consumption Vouchers" in 2022 will be issued at 10:00 a.m. on October 1st.

Collection platform

Consumers can collect the coupons through Alipay APP, UnionPay Cloud Flash Pay and Jingdong APP, and can use them at participating merchants on the coupon collection platform.

Types of Tickets

Consumer coupons are divided into two types: general coupons and catering coupons, and each type of consumer coupon can be collected at most one per cell phone per period; only one consumer coupon can be used in a single transaction, and general coupons and catering coupons may not be stacked.

Voucher denominations

There are four types of general-purpose voucher denominations: 10 yuan vouchers, one available for consumption of 50 yuan; 25 yuan vouchers, one available for consumption of 100 yuan; 50 yuan vouchers, one available for consumption of 200 yuan; and 80 yuan vouchers, one available for consumption of 300 yuan.

There are two types of food and beverage voucher denominations: a $50 voucher, one for spending $200; and a $100 voucher, one for spending $300.

Application and use

Consumption coupon application, use of rules and the list of merchants can be used, consumers can through the official website of the Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province, "Caiyun series of consumer activities" column or Alipay APP, UnionPay cloud flash payment and Jingdong APP "Caiyun consumption coupon" column to inquire.
