(5) Comprehensive Quality Interview: Candidates answer questions raised by the examiners of the comprehensive quality inspection team, and the examiners score according to the answers.

(6) Vocational ability test: candidates who enter the vocational ability test give lectures on the spot, and the examiners of the vocational ability group score according to the candidates' trial lectures; Applicants for music, physical education, fine arts and pre-school education positions need to conduct professional skills tests on the basis of trial lectures. (7) 60 points for each qualified person in the comprehensive quality interview and professional ability examination, and one unqualified person cannot enter the medical examination. (8) Physical examination: After the comprehensive quality interview and professional ability examination, the total scores will be sorted from high to low according to the ratio of 4: 2: 4 for written examination, comprehensive quality interview and professional ability examination, and the physical examination personnel will be determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. If the total scores of candidates are tied, resulting in the number of people entering the medical examination exceeding the post employment plan, the medical examination personnel shall be determined in turn according to the principle of giving lectures, comprehensive quality interviews, professional skills tests and written tests with higher scores. The physical examination is organized by Jinnan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
