6. Sweet and sour pork ribs

Chop the ribs into small pieces and marinate with salt, cooking wine and starch 10 minutes. Heat the oil in the pan, add the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the ribs and stir-fry until the color changes, and take them out for later use. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and water to boil, then add the ribs and stir well.
