Article 7 The location and construction of warehouses shall be reported to the provincial military region for examination and approval, and the construction shall be carried out in accordance with the drawings issued by the provincial military region. Article 9 A masonry fence with a height of more than 2 meters above the ground should be built around the militia weapons and equipment warehouse.
