In August 1994, Nanchang Asia Brewery Co., Ltd. was formally established, which was held by Asia Breweries (China) Investment Co.

From 1994 to 1998, the sales volume of Nanchang Asia Brewery products grew from 50,000 tons at the time of the joint venture to 70,000 tons, occupying a dominant position in the Nanchang beer market.

In May 1998, Nanchang Asian Beer first developed two kinds of carton wines, green box and red box, and successfully marketed them to cope with the increasingly competitive beer market, ending the history of single product variety structure.

In 2007, several varieties of Nanchang Ya Beer Light, Nanchang 8 Degree, 10 Degree Nanchang Beer, Green Crest, Super Sharp, Shangtaru, and Bunsheng were awarded Green Food Certificates. In September of the same year, it was awarded the honorary title of "2006 Top 20 Taxpayers of Nanchang Industrial Enterprises" and "2006 Advanced Enterprise in Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction of Nanchang Industrial Enterprises" by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government.

Among them, the staff shift building is built according to the three-star design standard and humanized concept, equipped with water heater, washing machine, air conditioner, TV and broadband network, badminton and basketball courts and other facilities and services for the staff, which is a comprehensive building integrating food and beverage, entertainment, training, consumption and accommodation.

600,000 tons of new plant construction from the planning and design, equipment first type, engineering and construction of each process always implement the concept of energy saving and emission reduction, energy saving, green environmental protection, leading technology.

Raw material processing system: the crusher is a vertical hammer mill, the system has a dust-proof and explosion-proof function, automatic control operation.

Saccharification system: saccharification pot, paste pot with external honeycomb overall heat transfer jacket, heat transfer effect is good; the use of filter press filtration, wort yield is high, the daily output of up to 12 batches, the saccharification equipment system is also equipped with a low-pressure dynamic boiling heat recovery device and vacuum evaporation "flash" device, the system energy-saving, high quality of wort. At the same time, the saccharification system realizes fully automatic operation. The technical quality of the saccharification system is the leading one in China.

FERMENTATION SYSTEM: The fermentation tanks and sake tanks are all made of stainless steel, with advanced laser-welded overall cooling jacket, ammonia refrigeration for cooling, energy-saving system, and fully automatic control system.

Packaging system: a 40,000 bottles/hour beer packaging line is installed, which fully realizes mechanical automation of beer bottles from unloading, washing, filling, sterilizing, labeling, inspection, conveying, crating and palletizing, and is equipped with the world's leading beer quality control equipment, such as the automatic bottle inspection machine and the automatic wine inspection machine.
