After unremitting exploration, the technology of producing biogas from kitchen waste by anaerobic fermentation is finally mature and the process is quite good. The principle of this technology is that under the action of anaerobic bacteria, the organic matter in kitchen waste is fermented and degraded at a suitable temperature to produce biogas. At the same time, the biogas residue with low water content produced after degradation is treated as organic fertilizer and biogas slurry as liquid fertilizer, which realizes the resource utilization of garbage. Biogas produced after fermentation contains 55%-75% (volume concentration) methane, which can be used for power generation and heating. , and can alleviate the shortage of energy supply.
