2. The second stage: the graded electricity consumption is 24 1-400 kWh/household. The monthly electricity price is 0.5383 yuan/kwh, 1000 volts and above is 0.5283 yuan/kwh.

3. The third gear: 0.7883 yuan/kwh above 400, 0.7783 yuan/kwh below 1000 volts, and 0.7783 yuan/kwh above 1000 volts.

Legal basis: Article 37 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Electric Power Law implements the same price for the same network. Specific measures and implementation steps shall be formulated by the State Council. Under special circumstances, power production enterprises need to set the on-grid tariff separately, and the specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council.
