2. Generally, refrigerators with artificial intelligence are intelligent temperature adjustment by default and do not need to be set by themselves. If artificial intelligence is not turned on, in the unlocked state, you can press the artificial intelligence button on the refrigerator panel, and the icon E will be displayed, and the refrigerator will enter the artificial intelligence state. Press the smart button again, the icon E disappears, and the smart adjustment status exits.
What if the refrigerator doesn't cool?
1, see refrigerator thermostat.
The refrigerator thermostat is installed in the cold room. If the temperature of the cold room can't reach the temperature required by the thermostat, it won't stop. If the compressor stays around the clock, the freezing room may cause the extreme refrigeration temperature of the refrigerant. This phenomenon mostly occurs in air-cooled refrigerators. The reason is that the evaporator frost in the refrigerator is broken, which leads to ice jam. It is not excluded that the air-cooled fan is broken and the air outlet is blocked by too many items in the refrigerator, resulting in poor cooling effect.
2. Look at the temperature of the refrigerator.
The temperature of the freezer is automatically adjusted with the temperature adjustment of the freezer, so you can lower the temperature of the freezer. Generally, it is normal that the refrigerator temperature is 4- 10 degrees. Note that the larger the thermostat number, the lower the temperature, the larger the summer number and the smaller the winter number. In addition, the refrigerator door is often opened, and there are many items in the refrigerator, which leads to the refrigerator being unable to cool or the cooling effect is not ideal.
3. Look at the refrigerator compressor
The compressor can be started. Check the pressure when removing the air return pipe and blocking the outlet with your fingers. If it is too low, there is something wrong with the compressor. Check whether the refrigerator is plugged in properly.
4. Look at the lighting in the refrigerator
Check whether the lighting is turned on to ensure that the refrigerator is powered on. If the light is not on, use an electric pen or multimeter to check whether there is electricity in the power socket and whether the power plug of the refrigerator is connected properly.
5. Look at the voltage
Use a multimeter to check whether the power supply voltage is lower than 187V, because the normal working voltage of the refrigerator is 187V-242V according to the national standard (unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer), and the refrigerator compressor lower than 187V cannot be started effectively and normally.
