Article 8 of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Safety in Catering Services stipulates that catering service providers must obtain a catering service license according to law, operate within the scope of the license, and hang or place the catering service license in a prominent position in the catering place.
Thirteenth catering service providers to implement a unified distribution mode of operation, the enterprise headquarters can uniformly check the supplier's license and product qualification documents, and establish food purchase inspection records.
If unified distribution management mode is implemented, each store of the enterprise shall establish a unified distribution document ledger of the headquarters. The products purchased by the shops themselves shall comply with the provisions of Article 12 of these Measures.

Procedures for handling health permits
First, the order of accreditation:
Declare the drawings (and prepare the required materials at the same time). Review drawings and related materials, and declare materials after on-site acceptance.

Two, the application materials required to apply for a health permit:

Application for Hygiene Permit: the name of the applicant should be marked with the full name or legal abbreviation, and stamped with the official seal (the name is the same as the name of the applicant for business license, and the individual does not affix the official seal). The address of the unit, the use area, sanitation facilities, etc. should be filled in in detail according to the actual situation, and the production and business scope and type of the project to be licensed should be filled in, and the word "None" should be marked in the space;
