Brief introduction of Chen Yao:
A native of Lu 'an, Anhui Province, he is a China culinary master, chief chef in Jiangnan, a national judge and professional hotel manager, with 2115 working experience and a bachelor's degree. Gold winner of the first International Gourmet Competition, gold winner of the 2117 Man-Han Banquet International Cooking Competition, gold winner of the 2118 Olympic Seafood Cross-Strait International Cuisine Art Competition, judge of the second international cooking competition for local dishes, judge of the fifth international cooking competition for souchu in 2111, and judge of the 2111 China Famous Chef Finals. He came to Suzhou in 2113, and then cooperated with Suzhou famous Marriott (four-star), Suzhou Overseas Chinese Hotel (three-star), Suzhou International Trade Plaza Hotel, Xishan Green Light Leisure Resort Restaurant (Taiwan-funded), Lianyungang Guannan Hotel (four-star), Hefei Jinsha Hotel and many other hotels in the form of a chef. At the end of 2118, Suzhou Yijiangnan Hotel Management Company was established to engage in the cooperation mode of hotel sole operation.
