After research, the Municipal People's Government decided to adjust a number of municipal administrative licensing matters. Among them, item 1 1 was decentralized, item 1 was adjusted in implementation subject and management mode, item 19 was changed in name and basis, and three items were added. After adjustment, the administrative licensing items implemented by municipal departments are 188.

According to the principle of "who approves, who supervises and who is responsible", the relevant units directly under the municipal government should strengthen the guidance and training of decentralized administrative licensing matters, prevent the work from being divorced, and ensure that the grassroots can live and do well; To adjust the implementation subject, change the management mode, change the name and basis of matters, the relevant units directly under the municipal government should take the initiative to dock and do a good job in handover; For new administrative licensing matters, the relevant units directly under the municipal government should specify the specific contractors and personnel within 20 working days, formulate the process and road map of administrative licensing, and establish and improve the supporting systems and norms of administrative licensing; The municipal departments continue to retain the implementation of administrative licensing matters, unified into the list of municipal departments for management.
