7. Original notarial certificate and employment certificate (/kloc-more than 0/0 years of service and work experience, including: professional title, title paper of employer, legal person signature and official seal. )

8. One set of photos of cooking process (2 in the storefront, lobby 1, vegetable cutting 1, cooking 1, cooking process 3-4).

9. 8 2-inch bareheaded photos with white background and 4 photos with blue background.

10. One seal (1.5— 1.2 seal)
