Article 4 The provincial people's government departments in charge of surveying and mapping work is responsible for the province's measurement mark protection management. Municipal, state, county (city) people's government departments responsible for surveying and mapping work, is responsible for the administrative area of the protection and management of measurement signs.

Measuring signs custodian should hold by the provincial people's government administration of surveying and mapping work of the unified issuance of measuring signs custodian card. Article 18 The entrusted custodian of the surveying and mapping unit should be entrusted with the custodian of the unit signed "entrusted custodian of measurement signs", clear rights and obligations of the two sides.
