1. Initial design review

The information that users should provide to the service window of the power company includes:

1) electrical design description;

2) distribution diagram of power consumption load;

3) calculation of power factor and reactive power compensation method and capacity;

4) primary wiring of high-voltage equipment. Mode of telecontrol and metering device.

6) Layout plan of power distribution room.

7) Users with impact load, unsymmetrical load load and nonlinear load should provide technical measures and relevant design materials to eliminate public hazards in power grid.

8) Users with low-voltage power supply should provide load composition, list of electrical equipment and low-voltage distribution diagram.

9) Relevant materials such as energy supply certificate. It will be accepted for seven days. The power company submits the review opinions in written form (valid for half a year) and replies to the users.

II. Construction drawing review

The information that users should provide to the service window of the power company are:

1) Layout plan of the power distribution room.

2) Installation plan of the main transformer.

3) High-voltage power distribution device diagram. Section.

4) Electrical overall layout.

5) Electrical main wiring diagram.

6) Installation and fabrication diagram.

7) Secondary schematic diagram.

8) DC power supply system diagram.

9) Lightning protection and grounding.

11) Design specification.

It should also provide:

1) the number of residents in the residential area, the living room area and the application capacity.

2) the electricity consumption of street lamps, doormen, property management and catering in the residential area.

3) the electrical plan and electrical system diagram of each floor of the residential building.

After acceptance, the power company will submit the review opinions in writing (valid for one year) and reply them to the users. And submit the equipment manufacturer's license, the qualification of the construction unit and the construction permit for entering the area to the power company for review.

Fourth, check before power transmission

After the user's installation is completed, provide the service window of the power company with:

1) as-built drawings.

2) Electrical experiment report and relay protection debugging report.

3) Construction records of concealed works (cables, architecture foundation, Ground wire network, etc.).

4) Safety tool experimental report

5) Main wiring system diagram.

6) Operation management and on-site safety operation procedures.

7) Operation personnel on duty (including name, level and electrician certificate).

8) Users of 11K and above should set up special dispatching telephones with various warnings, warning signs and fire-fighting equipment. Sign a power supply contract with the power company. When signing the contract, the user should provide the service window of the power company with:

1) a copy of the approval of the development zone management committee for the project.

2) a copy of the legal person's ID card, a copy of the business license, and a land use certificate.

3) a list of power equipment and installed capacity.

The service window of the power company will examine and approve the contract according to the electricity consumption. The user will pay the electricity subsidy, registration fee and measurement.
