First, take the initiative to report the itinerary and implement prevention and control measures

1. Strictly restrict the entry and exit of people in counties (cities, districts) where high-risk areas and key areas are located, and implement 7-day centralized isolation and 7-day home health monitoring for people flowing out of the above areas. ?

2. People in the counties (cities, districts) where the medium-risk areas are located do not need to be rehabilitated. If you really need to return, please report to the destination community 3 days in advance, and conduct family health monitoring for 7 days after returning. ?

3. Personnel from other epidemic risk areas that have not yet announced the medium and high risk areas but have more newly infected people in the near future and have the risk of community transmission shall be implemented with reference to the policy of promoting and retiring personnel in the counties (cities, districts) where the medium and high risk areas are located.

4. Those from low-risk areas in the province must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours; People in low-risk areas outside the province need to report to the destination community in advance with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and 1 nucleic acid test will be conducted on the second and fourth days after landing.

Second, reduce crowd gathering and reduce the risk of transmission.

5. Propose reducing the number of people for dinner and family dinner to no more than 10. Catering units should strictly prevent and control the epidemic situation, and allow diners to enter after implementing measures such as on-site temperature measurement, code scanning and wearing masks. Catering units that undertake dinner activities such as banquets with more than 5 tables shall report to the local community neighborhood committees or village committees.

6. Reduce unnecessary visits and try to contact by phone, SMS, WeChat, etc. When entering the farmer's market, supermarket and other places to purchase, buy and leave without stopping; Don't buy or mail items online from overseas and high-risk areas; Don't take part in unnecessary gathering activities, and don't walk with many people to prevent the risk of cross-infection.
