According to national regulations, there are national standards, industry standards and enterprise standards, among which the enterprise standard, which is what we call "food name", is the most stringent. Enterprises or companies with strict requirements need to apply for food names;
3. Handle relevant food business licenses. This is a necessary procedure in the process of product circulation after your product is processed;
4. Registered trademarks. The registration process is very long. If you want to protect the product formula or run your own brand, you can register a trademark. Registered trademarks are not necessary, and should be treated according to their own specific conditions.

If an operator commits fraud in providing goods or services, it shall increase the compensation for the losses suffered by consumers as required, and the compensation amount shall be three times the price of the goods purchased by consumers or the cost of receiving services; If the amount of additional compensation is less than that of 500 yuan, it shall be 500 yuan.
