If an on-the-job employee applies for a job, it shall issue a certificate that the department or unit with the authority of employing people agrees to apply for a job. Directional and entrusted training graduates must obtain the consent of the directional and entrusted training units when applying. Unemployed normal graduates who apply for non-ordinary teacher positions must obtain the consent of the education administrative department of the county where the students are located and issue a written certificate.

Non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, employees of institutions and institutions in Tancheng County, active servicemen, those who have been punished by criminal law and have been expelled from public office, those who have been notified of serious violation of discipline in various personnel examinations since 20 12, and those who are not allowed to be employed according to laws and regulations cannot participate in the examination. Among them, fresh graduates of part-time colleges and universities are not allowed to apply for the exam with their academic qualifications.
