1. 1864 Yang Quanren, a native of Ji County, Hebei Province, set up Quanjude oven shop in Beijing and introduced the famous imperial dish "hanging roast duck". In the middle and late 1931s, Quanjude's business was in full swing during the war, and it was once on the verge of bankruptcy.
1959 opened a branch in Wangfujing, 1979 opened Quanjude Roast Duck Building in Heping Gate, 1992.

In 1993, with Qianmen, Wangfujing and Hepingmen Quanjude as the backbone, China Beijing Quanjude Roast Duck Group Company was established with 53 members, and Quanjude trademark was registered in 25 countries and regions in the world. At the same time, franchise chain stores were opened in the United States, Germany, Britain, Japan and other countries. In 1994, Quanjude jointly established Beijing Quanjude Roast Duck Co., Ltd. with six enterprises including Shanghai Xinya and china baoan, and issued seven shares.
3. In 1997, Quanjude Food Factory was built with an investment of more than 11 million yuan, and more than 11 kinds of duck-Jane series vacuum foods were developed. In 1998, the pure German dry red wine and French dry white wine were introduced into China with the Quanjude brand in cooperation with the German Bilod Wine Company.
