The 21XX year, full of hope, is about to step on the breath of spring and come to us with surging passion. 21XX is my first year as a store manager. For me, this year is a year of accepting challenges, learning and gaining experience. First, strengthen my study and constantly improve my working ability
As a store manager, I should not only set an example for employees in product sales, but also be responsible for the daily management of the store. I actively participated in various learning and training activities organized by the company, and carefully studied various sales management materials issued by the company. I also use my spare time to learn about the knowledge and information related to this industry through the internet. Through continuous learning, my marketing level and management ability have been greatly improved.

In my work, I strictly follow the company's rules and regulations and try my best to set an example for employees. Do a good job in the overall management of the store, actively carry out employee training, and strive to enhance the company's brand image. Pay attention to communication with employees, organize meaningful collective activities and enhance the vitality and cohesion of the team. Strengthen communication with customers, enhance customers' understanding of the company's products, and cultivate brand advocates. Good results have been achieved in the work.

In 21xx years, the store has achieved good results with the concerted efforts of all staff:
First, the sales performance of Caibao has been greatly improved. It is both an opportunity and a challenge for us for the head office to increase the intensity and speed of updating the style of Caibao and adjust the marketing plan of Caibao. I seriously organize employees to study the company's new programs and learn about new products. Through simulated marketing and other means, employees' understanding of the exchangeable colorful treasures was accelerated, and their skills in selling colorful treasures were improved. The sales of colorful treasures in our store increased from * * million yuan last year to * * million yuan this year, and achieved good results.
Second, the sales performance of platinum increased steadily. By summarizing the previous platinum sales, the reason that restricts platinum sales is found out-the number of yards and styles of rings are less. In view of this situation, we have enriched the styles of platinum rings and filled up the number of yards, thus improving the single rate and achieving steady growth in platinum sales.
Third, the overall strength of the team has been improved. At work, I constantly enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion by explaining the company's reward and punishment system and welfare system, and sharing my feelings in life and work with everyone, so as to stimulate their passion and vitality in their work. Strengthen the training of new employees, so that they can adapt to the work as soon as possible and integrate into our team as soon as possible.
IV. Shortcomings in our work
Although our store has achieved good results in 21XX, and won the prize of rising for 11 consecutive months compared with last year and the prize of reaching the standard for 9 consecutive months, we should clearly realize that there are still many shortcomings in our work.
First, the management of VIP customers is not in place, and there are fewer VIP customers in the whole store.
Second, our employees are all locals, and there are still many problems in management.
Five, 21XX work priorities
(1) Strengthen team building and enhance employee cohesion
First, strengthen the training and study of employees' ideological understanding to help employees establish a correct outlook on life and values. Second, through the adjustment of shift change, we can improve our understanding of employees and put an end to employees' cliques. The third is to communicate with employees more, understand their psychological status in time, and resolve contradictions in their work. Fourth, organize collective activities frequently, organize employees to have meaningful competitions with colleagues in the same area, and enhance employees' sense of collective honor. The fifth is to strengthen the recruitment of employees, recruit more foreign employees to match with local employees, and relieve the pressure in management.
(2) Adjust the reward mechanism to stimulate employees' enthusiasm
First, award an outstanding employee every two weeks, which will be used as the selection criteria for outstanding employees of the year, so as to stimulate employees' enthusiasm for working hard and courageously. The second is to select excellent small class leaders, so that employees can lead classes independently, learn how to be an excellent one and show their opportunities and stage to employees.
(3) Develop VIP customer management system and strengthen VIP customer management
1. The store manager and foreman will personally receive the key customers in the store, set an example for the employees, and establish a customer maintenance book for the store manager and foreman.
2. Be sure to leave the contact information of customers entering the store by all means.
3. In addition to sending blessing messages to customers on large holidays, send blessing and warm messages to all VIPs every Friday, and assign the task of sending messages to individuals.
4. Customers who do not leave a phone number on the purchase receipt or fail to apply for a VIP card when the amount is reached are not considered as personal achievements.
5. Hold a VIP management seminar every quarter. Everyone will summarize the progress of VIP management in the first quarter and put forward targeted improvement methods and measures for the next quarter.
In short, the work in the past year has made some achievements, but there are still many shortcomings, such as the handling and operation of some details. I want to hone myself in my future work and study, improve myself with the guidance and help of leaders and colleagues, develop my strengths and make up for the shortcomings. Looking back on the work done this year, I have quite a few feelings in my heart. In the past, first of all, I would like to thank the company for giving me such a development platform and cultivating it with my heart. Through the continuous running-in with the company's sales-management-mode this year, I have realized that the knowledge, social skills and familiarity with product knowledge and skills of a sales manager determine the sales ability of a store manager and sales staff. To this end, through so long work accumulation. I realize my existing shortcomings and strengths. The work and feelings of the whole year are summarized as follows:
1 Understanding the workflow
Facing this job for the first time, I feel very complicated. I think learning anything is like reading an article. We should first understand its outline, then clarify its level, and then go deep into the study of words and expressions. Therefore, I made a simple summary of this specific work I have done, what is the object I am facing, who I have work contact with, and what is the content of the contact. In the face of this series of questions, I listed my workflow in a list.
2 Pay attention to details
After a period of work, the basic process is familiar, but there are many minor problems. For example, when checking orders, some dealers don't send remittance slips, even if some do, they don't indicate the company name, because many of them are inconsistent with the orders, so it is difficult to tell whose company it is. When encountering problems, they should learn to solve them with their own thinking. So, I sent a notice in qq group for several days in a row. (The reason for sending it for several days in a row is that not every dealer accesses the Internet every day.) The content of the notice is written according to the format of multiple-choice math questions, which I think will help dealers to see what I want to achieve more clearly, clearly, simply and easily. Later, considering that not all dealers access the Internet, Therefore, when similar problems occur, I should remind them to pay special attention to them.
Everything is improved on the original basis. At the beginning, I recorded the daily orders according to their recording methods, but later I found that there were many inconveniences. I made some changes according to my own understanding of the work. This will relieve myself of unnecessary troubles in my work.
Whenever there are too many orders, I must keep a clear head, because there was a case that I didn't sign the order in time on the same day because of too many orders, which should attract my attention, that is, I should pay attention to the details, find out the reasons and make corrections.
In this work, there are many things that I need to discover by myself. To constantly discover and change.
3: Communication skills
Communication is a skill, and being good at communication is an art. From a psychological point of view, thinking from the other side's point of view may get unexpected results, but when communicating with customers, I ignored my starting point and didn't notice the degree of relaxation. Also, at the beginning, I didn't notice that the content should be concise. After a period of time, I found my own shortcomings. Since I found my own shortcomings, I should find ways to correct them.
Tone is a very important link in communication. Communicate with others with a smile. Others will feel your smile and sunshine.
Four: Being good at listening
Learning to listen is a necessary quality for a person. In life and work, we often ignore this link. But after reminding and reflection, I noticed the shortcomings in these aspects. During my work in Meizu, I learned a lot. It can be said that there has also been a small change in ideology
Although there are some objective factors, there are also great problems in other practices at work, which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:
1) There is too little basic customer maintenance in sales work. There are 626 VIP customers recorded, among which 389 old VIPs have not spent this year. In addition, the number of VIPs who come to spend once is summarized as 111. From the above figures, we have not done a good job in basic maintenance. I didn't know the reason why the distinguished guests didn't come in time. The sales volume is not ideal.
2) communication is not deep enough. In the process of communicating with customers, employee sales failed to introduce the value of our products to customers very clearly, which only meant that they were entangled in the price increase and failed to tell the value of the products. I didn't understand the real thoughts and purchase intentions of customers; Failing to give a perfect answer to the doubts raised by customers in time.
3) There is no clear goal and detailed plan for work every day/month. The habit of writing work summary and plan is not formed, and the sales work is in a state of laissez-faire, which leads to various adverse consequences such as no unified management of sales work, no reasonable distribution of working hours, and chaotic work situation.
4) The requirements for storefronts are not strict, especially for the doorpost, which is not timely to stand guard, lacks persuasiveness in front of employees, and has no appeal. Work responsibility and work planning are not strong, and these problems need to be improved as soon as possible in the next step.
5) Because individuals are not diligent enough and strict with themselves, they do not pay close attention to inventory sales. Store 22 opened on May 1-in September, the proportion of women's trousers was always relatively high, and 73% of men's trousers only accounted for 27%. Later, it meant that the proportion of men's trousers was increased, and the sales volume was also increased. As a result, in the following months, men's trousers were put up, but women's trousers kept declining, which was caused by their lack of attention to inventory sales. Now I began to improve this series of problems. The above are the problems that I have done well and badly and need to improve. I hope the leaders will give me supervision, help and give me valuable advice.

Over the past x years of work, I have been deeply impressed. The people I met and the things I met have greatly influenced and helped me. In the course of these years, I have become more mature and confident, which is inseparable from the trust of leaders and the support of my family. At the age of 31, I have many roles now: a dutiful clothing store manager, a filial daughter, a considerate wife and a qualified mother. Among my peers, I may not be a showman, but I am definitely the most diligent and hardworking.
Looking back a few years ago, because I just gave birth to a child, my whole mind was focused on the little guy, and my daily life was around him. The process of taking care of the child was hard and busy, but more often, I still felt that my life was boring, and when I left work, I felt that I was far away from this society ... The child grew up slowly, and I finally had the opportunity to return to a busy and fulfilling job. I cherish this opportunity, one step at a time, and I have grown from an initial shopping guide to a store manager now.
At first, I was worried about whether I was able to shoulder this burden, worried that sales could not go up, worried that I was too busy to take care of my children ... I even backed out. But the leader trusts me very much and believes that I can do it. I also began to encourage myself to try bravely to see if I have this ability. Today, I'm glad I didn't give up. Along the way, I constantly tap my potential: communicate with customers of different classes, go out to learn advanced experience, and lead our employees to do a good job in sales.
Every day, when you meet different customers, you will encounter all kinds of problems. As a store manager, you must have the ability to improvise, be patient in the face of customers' picky, and deal with some customers' deliberate difficulties properly. We should not only satisfy our customers, but also maintain our image. I have always adhered to the principle of "being a guest when entering the door and being a friend when going out" in order to win more repeat customers for the store. I also read some fashion magazines from time to time, in order to let myself know more about fashion trends, match tricks and use them flexibly in my work. For customers with different identities, we should recommend different clothes, the same clothes and different combinations will have different effects.
