the procurement center includes four central complex buildings, a trading complex, a frozen product trading area, an automatic cold storage, a food city area and other main buildings. Among them, the four central complex buildings are composed of the main building with 18 floors and the podium building with 4 floors. In the complex building, the e-commerce center, the information monitoring center, the settlement center and the food safety testing center will become an important platform for food safety testing and supervision in Xuzhou.
the trading complex is located in the center of the whole procurement center, and it is also the largest building in the whole region. It is divided into two floors, one is the fruit and vegetable trading area, and the other is the dry-mixed non-staple food grain and oil trading area, in which there are five major areas, including dried pepper area, seasoning area, brand seasoning area, dried fruit area and non-staple food area. Four ramp approach bridges connecting the first and second floors, each with a length of 111 meters, can carry large trucks with a length of 36 tons and 12.5 meters at the same time, which is the largest bearing approach bridge for single buildings in East China at present.
the frozen goods trading area is located in the center of the logistics center project, covering an area of 23,112 square meters and a construction area of nearly 41,111 square meters, with 314 sets of shops with independent upper and lower floors. On the west side, three single and three fully enclosed automatic cold storage warehouses are planned, and each cold storage can meet the requirements of 16 large container trucks to carry out mechanized loading and unloading operations at the same time, providing customers with cold chain logistics services.
The south side of the cold storage is a banana house put into use. The warehouse uses advanced temperature control technology and can store 1,511 tons of bananas. At present, seven such banana houses have been put into use.
