Fire safety key units in accordance with the provisions of the year need 2 fire drills and monthly training for volunteer firefighters need to be trained once a quarter for all personnel training. Fire safety key units in addition to should perform the duties stipulated in article 16 of this law, should also perform the following fire safety duties:

(a) determine the fire safety manager, organize and implement the unit's fire safety management;

(b) the establishment of fire archives, to determine the key parts of the fire safety, set up fire prevention signs, and implement strict management;

(c) Implementation of daily fire inspection, and the establishment of inspection records;

(d) pre-service fire safety training for employees, regular organization of fire safety training and fire drills.

The key fire safety units shall conduct daily fire inspections and determine the personnel, content, parts and frequency of inspections. Other units can be organized according to the need for fire prevention inspections.

The content of the inspection should include: fire, electricity, there is no violation of the rules; safety exits, evacuation routes are open, safety evacuation signs, emergency lighting is intact; fire facilities, equipment and fire safety signs are in place, intact; normally closed fire doors are closed, fire shutters are piled up under the items affecting the use of the fire; the key fire safety personnel on duty;

Other fire safety conditions. Public gathering places during business fire inspection should be at least once every two hours; business should be checked at the end of the business site to eliminate leftover fire. Fire prevention inspectors should correct violations in a timely manner, proper disposal of fire hazards, can not be disposed of on the spot, should be reported immediately. The discovery of an incipient fire should be immediately reported to the police and put out in a timely manner. Fire inspection should fill out inspection records, inspectors and their supervisors should be signed on the inspection records.
