Chapter IV Tourism Business and Services

(f) acceptance of the supervision and management of the relevant administrative departments;

(ii) fair competition, shall not give or accept kickbacks and other unfair competition;

(iv) respect and protect the privacy of tourists, shall not unlawfully use, disclose the Tourists personal information.
Article 50 travel agents shall not organize tourism activities at unreasonably low prices, lure tourists, and obtain rebates and other undue benefits by arranging shopping or other paid tours.
Travel agencies to provide tourists with packaged tour services, by mutual agreement or the tourists require arrangements for shopping, separate payment of tourism projects, you can enter into a supplemental contract with the tourists, and shall comply with the following provisions:
(a) shall not affect the other tourists schedule;
(b) shall not be arranged through the shopping, separate payment of tourism projects for improper interests. (c) shall not designate or recommend to the tourists are not open to the rest of the public shopping places, paid for separate tourism projects;

Tourists in the written contract with the travel agency to buy goods in the shopping places, the seller of goods in the adulteration, adulteration, counterfeiting, substandard goods, substandard goods as qualified goods, or the sale of invalid, deteriorated goods, travelers can ask the travel agency for compensation; travel agency compensation, the right to recover from the seller of goods.
