The owner or manager of a public **** parking lot shall, in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards, include its parking information in the city's public **** parking information system. Article 14 The city holds major events or holidays, public **** parking lot can not meet the demand for social parking, the municipal public security and transportation departments can be required by law to non-public **** parking lot under the conditions of meeting their own parking demand, open to the public. Article 15 The operator and manager of the public **** parking lot shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) express parking lot signs, services, supervision telephone number in a conspicuous position at the entrance and exit of the parking lot;
(2) implement the provisions of the parking fee, and mark the price in a conspicuous position;
(3) configure the necessary lighting, fire fighting and communication equipment;
(4) Develop and implement vehicle parking, safety and security, fire management system;
(e) directing vehicles to enter and exit and park in an orderly manner, maintaining the parking order, and ensuring the normal operation of parking facilities;
(f) staff wearing a distinctive sign;
(g) other relevant provisions of the laws, regulations and rules. Article 16 Motor vehicle drivers and their accompanying personnel shall observe the following provisions when parking their vehicles in public *** parking lots:
(1) Obey the directions of the staff and park their vehicles in an orderly manner;
(2) No damage shall be done to the parking lot facilities and equipments;
(3) Vehicles loaded with dangerous goods such as flammable, explosive, poisonous and hazardous items or other prohibited goods shall be parked in a (c) Vehicles loaded with flammable, explosive, toxic, hazardous or other prohibited items shall be parked in the special parking lot designated by the relevant departments, and shall not be allowed to enter other parking lots;
(d) other relevant provisions of laws, regulations and rules.
