Procedures for opening a maternal and infant store:

Step 1: Preparation: store name, domicile, economic nature, business scope, business mode, registered capital, number of employees, business area, business period and branch structure.

Step 2: The operator of the maternal and infant store applies to the competent industrial and commercial department for business registration, and after approval, he/she takes the notice of approval to the competent industrial and commercial department for business registration.

Step 3, the applicant holds the house property right certificate and attaches the house lease agreement, a copy of ID card and two personal photos for industrial and commercial registration and business license;

Step 4: Within 31 days from the date of obtaining the business license, the business operator can apply to the competent tax authorities for tax registration. The individual applicant brings the original ID card to the tax branch office to collect and fill in the Individual Tax Registration Form, with the original copy of the industrial and commercial license, and go through the tax registration formalities at the tax registration window.
