Thirty-first Aiweihui, under the leadership of the people's government at the same level, is responsible for the organization and coordination of smoking control within its administrative area and guiding the smoking control work of various departments and industries.

Education, health, transportation, public security, food and drug supervision, culture, sports and other departments shall, in accordance with the following provisions, perform the duties of supervision and management of smoking control in the following places:

(a) the administrative department of education is responsible for the supervision and management of smoking control in schools;

(two) the administrative department of health is responsible for the supervision and management of smoking control in medical and health institutions;

(three) the traffic administrative department is responsible for the supervision and management of smoking control in public transport and related public places;

(four) the public security organs are responsible for the supervision and management of smoking control in Internet cafes and other Internet service places;

(five) the food and drug supervision department is responsible for the supervision and management of smoking control in catering service places;

(six) the administrative departments of culture, sports and tourism are responsible for the supervision and management of smoking control in culture, entertainment, public stadiums and hotels;

(seven) other relevant administrative departments are responsible for the supervision and management of smoking control within their respective jurisdictions.

The institutions responsible for airport and railway law enforcement shall be responsible for the supervision and management of smoking control in relevant public transport vehicles and relevant public places according to their respective responsibilities.
